Rules of participation in Veezy Network service
Any resource that meets the requirements of this document (“Rules"), as well as, if applicable, the document “Terms of participation in Veezy Network” located on the Internet at: https://veezy.one/terms-of-participation-network/ can join the Veezy Network advertising service (hereinafter VN).
1. Connecting to an advertising service
The following resources are not allowed to be connected to VN:
1.1 which do not comply with the requirements of the current legislation
1.2 which declare the inequality of people by sex, race, nationality, religion, social status and property level
1.3 which have offensive and (or) pornographic content
1.4 which are online casinos, file sharing services, resources that offer pay-per-view and (or) clicks on ads (banners) or other types of advertising, pay-per-view resources, letters, etc. as well as other similar types of earnings on the Internet
1.5 containing content that misleads users
1.6 downloading viruses, trojans or other malicious programs to users’ computers and mobile devices
1.7 with ready-made homework assignments and other keys and answers to educational assignments for pupils and students
2. Requirement for the work of Network Veezy partner resources
2.1 When calculating the partner’s remuneration, any artificially (unfairly) reproduced clicks and impressions are not taken into account all methods of creating of which are strictly prohibited. At the same time the VN partner undertakes:
2.1.1 not to place phrases or images above VN ads that artificially draw attention to ad units, such as “pay attention", “our sponsors", “click on ad", “support us", “menu"
2.1.2 not to directly or indirectly create requests, not to display ads or click on them on any search results and (or) on contextual pages and ads (independently or through the involvement of third parties) manually and (or) using any possible software and hardware, including by using any automatic methods of reproducing impressions and clicks (multiple clicks, using agent programs, etc.), but not limited to the specified
2.1.3 not to change the hyperlink addresses contained in the advertisement, not to otherwise change the user’s redirection from the advertisement, not to replace or in any other way prevent the user’s access to the pages (resources) that are hyperlinked in the VN advertisement when the user accesses such an advertisement (click)
2.1.4 not to delete, edit, minimize advertising, apply filters to it, not to change the order, appearance and other characteristics of displaying advertising on established advertising spaces.
3. Conditions for placement of Veezy Network ad units
3.1 When placing ad blocks, the following requirements must be met:
3.1.1 ad units of other advertising systems must be different from Veezy Network ad units;
3.1.2 it is forbidden to change the page view mode for priority display of ads
3.1.3 it is forbidden to hide additional links, images, the favicon of the advertiser’s site, indication of the region, various warnings (age, medical) and other elements in advertising blocks (except when they can be disabled in the VN partner interface)
3.1.4 the advertising code for placing ad units of other advertising display systems must not interfere with the operation of the advertising code (VN ad unit call code) and must not affect the displayed ads in any way
3.1.5 recursive calls to ad block code are prohibited
3.1.6 if the ad unit is on the same screen, it must not reload more than once every 30 seconds
3.2 When placing advertising blocks that overlap the content of the Internet page (overlay blocks), the following requirements must be observed:
3.2.1 placement of overlay blocks on desktop versions of resources is prohibited if they overlap the content of the web page
3.2.3 it is forbidden to place any formats where advertising pop-ups in a separate browser window, for example Pop-up, Pop-under
3.2.4 it is allowed to place ad units that move with the content following the scrolling of part of the page, only if they do not overlap the content of the page
3.2.5 we draw your attention to the fact that advertising should not prevail over the content of the page.
4. Other provisions
4.1 In case of violation of these conditions, VN reserves the right to stop showing ads on the partner’s resource and (or) take other measures in order to protect the interests of advertisers whose ads are shown on the resources of VN partners.
4.2 The Partner agrees and acknowledges that various technical means can be integrated into the VN advertising code to ensure that VN properly fulfills its obligations to Veezy Smart (hereinafter VS) customers (including, but not limited to, various tools for targeting advertising materials, for fixing the number of impressions, clicks as well as other parameters for displaying advertising materials on advertising spaces). At the same time the Partner agrees that the composition of the VN advertising code as well as the technical means integrated into it are determined by VN at its discretion.
4.3 The Partner agrees and acknowledges that in order to improve the effectiveness of the interaction between VN and the Partner as well as to improve the functionality of the advertising service VN and VS, VN has the right to periodically conduct experiments within which formats, frequency, design, display method and / or conditions for advertising on the Partner’s resources can be changed. When conducting experiments, VN does not guarantee the display of ads on the Partner’s resources or the display of ads of a certain format. At the same time the conduct of experiments does not affect the terms of settlements between VN and the Partner under the relevant contract for participation in the VN service.
